PARAGON's Food EPPRENTICE Experience is an innovative 1-day learning forum designed to develop leadership skills of emerging leaders in the Food Industry while simultaneously contributing to critical food-related social needs.

In partnership with PARAGON, non-profit food-related organizations identify and sponsor critical projects that are relevant to current food issues.  EPPRENTICE participants work in cross-functional project teams with their emerging leader peers within the food industry to engage in real-time learning, while at the same time netting a critical project outcome.  Participants also receive just-in-time coaching on leadership behaviors such as strategic problem-solving, innovation, collaboration, influence, communication and presentation skills.

The day culminates with teams presenting their project outcomes to a panel of industry judges, who provide immediate feedback and recognize the most innovative, strategic and sustainable solutions.
